Processing Time:

The processing time begins from the date you place an order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order.

Shipping Time:

After confirming the order, please allow us to send your order within 3-7 business days in the United States, Canada in 5 to 10 business days, United Kingdom in 3 to 7 business days, and Australia in 8 to 20 business days.

Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the carrier's responsibility.

Track Order:

You will receive an email confirmation, once your order has shipped, including the tracking number. Please note that, in some cases, there might be a delay between shipment updates.

After receiving the order tracking number, you can inquire on the international logistics website at https://009cd3.aftership.com/ to check the status of your order. If the tracking status page doesn't get updated for more than 5 days, please send an email to support@vegasgenix.com

Tax:

VegasGenix won't collect any sales tax or VAT(Valued Additional Tax) from customers.

However, some limited countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

Change of Delivery Address:

We can't change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please get in touch with us within 1 day of placing your order at support@vegasgenix.com

Order Cancellations:

You can only cancel your order when it has yet to be shipped. Any order shipped out can only be received and then sent back to us with cancellation reasons. Typically you have 24 hours to cancel an order for a full refund. Please review our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit: 

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, send us a photo to support@vegasgenix.com for our evaluation and necessary action.
If there is any damage to the items you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
