Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds on product returns that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the return request must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date or 21 days from the purchase date, whichever is earlier, with the order number or copy of the receipt.

Refund Process: To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team at support@vegasgenix.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to, gift cards, food-related items, and personalized or customized products. Please check the product description for any eligibility restrictions.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs where applicable are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to process, depending on your original method of payment and your financial institution.

Refund Frequency: A customer can only receive one full refund, for any reason, per month. The following/next refund request will be denied within one month. Special cases are subject to review at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
