Welcome to Vegasgenix. We ask that you carefully read the following terms of service before ordering from us.

Acceptance of Terms: using vegasgenix, you agree to the following terms of service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website.

Use of Website: Vegasgenix is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. Without prior written consent, you may not use the website for any other purpose.

User Accounts: To purchase on Vegasgenix, you may checkout as a guest or need to create an account at some point. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account.

Products: Vegasgenix offers a wide range of products for sale. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Product media showcased on our website may not precisely depict or represent the actual products, in which case is intended for illustrative purposes only and to serve as examples. 
Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your available order and refund the rest. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order upon new order with free shipping for that specific order.  
Pricing and Payment: All prices are in USD, and we won't collect any sales tax or VAT(Valued Additional Tax) from customers.
However, some limited countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, and Canada) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules. 

Vegasgenix accepts various forms of payment, including Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Stripe and more payment options to be available in the future.

Processing of orders: Products ordered from vegasgenix may need preparation during the processing stage. Products may need to be assembled or packaged on demand after placing an order due to inventory status, so it might take a bit longer to deliver them to you. In those cases, making products on demand helps reduce overproduction and waste. Orders will be processed during work days only.
The following are timeframes for ordering from us:
  • Working days are from Monday till Friday.
  • Order preparation and processing, 1-3 days
  • Return request time for unsatisfied purchase, 14 days from delivery date or 21 days from purchase date, whichever is earlier
  • Defect report, 14 days from delivery date or 21 days from purchase date, whichever is earlier
  • The right to cancel is valid within 24 Hours.
  • The total Refund frequency allowed is once (1) per 30 days; requests that meet this criterion will only be granted if damaged on arrival.
  • Defect or damaged products replacement processing is 1-3 days after receiving and completing the inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunded amounts are reflected within 7-14 days on bank accounts or credit/debit cards, depending on the financial institution's terms (this is out of our control after completing the refund request from our side).

Shipping and Delivery: We offer to ship to USA, Canada. We need 1 - 3 days to process the order, an additional 3-7 business days in the United States, Canada in 5 to 10 business days, United Kingdom in 3 to 7 business days, and Australia in 8 to 20 business days.
Communication: Email via support@vegasgenix.com is our main designated channel of contact for all correspondences related to order support, requests, refunds, returns, etc. This is for quality control, increased efficiency, and reduced response time. Please include:
  • The order number is in the email subject.
  • A description of the support needed.
  • Any supporting documents.
Our email response time is within 1 to 2 work days, which may vary during weekends, holidays, etc.

Returns and Refunds: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 14 days from delivery or later, and your request will not be granted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please email us before starting the return process. Moreover, a customer can only receive one full refund for any reason per month. Discounted products with more than 25% are not refundable due to return shipping expenses and restocking costs. 
Non-Refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, food-related items, and personalized or customized products. Please check the product description for any eligibility restrictions.

Intellectual Property: All content on vegasgenix, including text, images, and logos, are the property of vegasgenix and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability: Vegasgenix is not liable for any damages arising from using our website and the products sold on our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. The products must be used as intended and what is considered normal usage. Vegasgenix is not liable for any damages from the misuse of our products. 

Modification of Terms: Vegasgenix reserves the right to modify these terms of service without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. And use the live information currently on the website, including description, prices, shipping costs, text, images, and logos.
